SD工学科3年生の皆さんへ
橋本研究室では、研究を通じて知のフロンティアに触れ、あなた自身がこれまで培ってきた思考力（your own way of thinking）を再構成し、大きくアップデートしていくことを大切にしています。研究プロセスで育まれる思考力は、将来どのような分野で働くことになっても、新しい価値やシステムを自分の力で生み出すための大きな武器になります。その力を一緒に育て、高めていくことが、橋本研究室の教育ポリシーです。まずは研究を始めて、これまでじっくり対峙したことのない自然現象と向き合い、工学の楽しさに触れてみましょう。「熱流体は少し苦手…」「自分にできるか不安…」という人でも大丈夫。必要な知識は一緒に学びながら、知のフロンティアで研究を進めましょう。
大学院（修士・博士）進学を希望する皆さんへ
橋本研究室は、当学部からの進学希望者はもちろん、国内の他大学や社会人の方からの進学希望者も歓迎しています。多様な視点を持つ新しい仲間が加わることで、研究はさらに発展します。大学院では、学部での「研究に触れてみる」段階から一歩進み、「一人の研究者として研究を実践する」世界へと踏み出します。修士課程では、卒業後にどのような分野で働くことになっても活躍できるよう、学部で培った思考力を、研究者としての実践を通して、さらに大きくアップデートしていきます。研究を進める中で、「もっと深く研究したい」「専門性をさらに極めたい」「研究を仕事として社会に貢献したい」などと感じた場合には、博士課程へ進み、研究者としてのキャリアをスタートさせましょう。博士課程では、博士修了後にどのような研究分野へ進んでも活躍できるよう、独立した研究者としての力を磨いていきます。
For Prospective Graduate Students (Master’s & Ph.D.)
The Hashimoto Laboratory welcomes prospective graduate students, including those from universities outside Japan. We believe that students who bring diverse perspectives enrich our research and help drive it forward. In graduate school, you take a step beyond “experiencing research” as an undergraduate and begin practicing research as an independent researcher.
